Privacy: limit information shared in a message

This policy explains the information you choose to send with a question and how it helps describe that question. Keep secret credentials and unnecessary documents out of ordinary correspondence.

Information in reading and email communication

Sending email discloses your sender address, message text and information you attach to the recipient. Include only what the question needs. Do not add another person's private information without permission.

A technical question may benefit from a browser name, device and affected page. A complete browsing history is generally unnecessary. Hide numbers, tokens and private fields in screenshots.

Ordinary web requests can include device and connection information. Review browser storage controls in your own settings. No fixed retention period or immediate deletion of all information is promised here.

Three choices before sharing information

State the purpose

Describe the topic, problem and explanation needed. General questions do not require complete identity documents.

Exclude credentials

Do not send passwords, OTPs, PINs or full card numbers. If disclosed accidentally, take protective steps with the relevant service.

Separate external providers

Information supplied to another app or payment institution is governed by its own policy. This text does not replace it.

Correction and removal requests

Send questions, corrections or removal requests concerning your correspondence to [email protected]. Identify the message subject and date without sending new sensitive documents. Identity and applicable limits must be considered; an identical outcome cannot be guaranteed for every request.
